These terms govern the use of the Platform Community Edition.
1. Scope of Service and Pricing
The Platform Community Edition is free of charge within the defined limits per tenant (team).
- Invitations per tenant: 10
- Stored contacts per tenant: 100
- Sent emails per day and tenant: 100
If limits are reached, you may request an increase via email at info@opxon.com.
2. Availability and Support
No availability or uninterrupted service is guaranteed. Support is not guaranteed.
The service may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
If the service is discontinued, all registered users will receive free access to the Git repository so they can operate the solution on their own.
3. Misuse and Sanctions
Misuse of the service (e.g. unlawful use, spam, abusive automation, bypassing limits) leads to exclusion from use and may result in criminal prosecution.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
This service is free of charge and subject to risks common in software development. opXon acts to the best of its knowledge and belief to reduce risks.
opXon is not liable for data loss, data theft, or any direct or indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Data and Privacy
Stored data is not shared with third parties and is not otherwise used by opXon.
Users are solely responsible for regular backups of their own data.
